there's a blizzard outside,

it's snowing and blowing,

the snowplows and blowers,

are going, and going.

oh please may i stay,

inside where it's warm,

i might blow away,

in such a bad storm!

where Jesus will lay

it's much too cold

the wind's blowing and blowing
